About The Position

Solvere One has established a top-level Managed Service Provider (MSP) brand that focuses on network security and proactive management solutions as a chosen IT services and consulting provider. Solvere One focuses on corporate partnerships, proactively managing technology that proves vital for business security, productivity, and growth while reducing the cost of IT ownership. We provide executive-level, white-glove support. Opening Solvere One is seeking highly qualified MSP Project Manager candidates to provide project management to clients. The duties of this role include ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the clients’ satisfaction. MSP Project Managers are experienced IT professionals and are expected to be able to manage multiple active projects. Projects range in duration from one day to multiple months. Employees will be expected to interact with clients in various capacities and are required to travel within Northern Virginia and the DC Metro area. Professionalism and courteousness are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required. Highly qualified candidates will be self-starters, highly motivated, and eager to contribute to the organization's well-being while operating in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the CTO.

Requirements

Understanding of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) model and MSP project management
Understanding of Microsoft 365 suite of solutions
Understanding of Cloud and SaaS solutions
Professionalism and courteousness are required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required
Employees will be expected to interact with clients in various capacities and are required to travel within Northern Virginia and the DC Metro area

Responsibilities

Ensure effective management of multiple projects from inception to completion
Collaborate and negotiate with business partners and vendors to understand project needs and resolve any gaps or risks/issues
Ensure client and partner expectations are met or exceeded on all projects
Prepare and deliver client communications, both verbally and written, regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders
Review and generate project proposals based on the provided scope
Workflow and thorough documentation of events via PSA platform
