Job Summary Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for contingent workers, ensuring timely completion of background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements. Ensure compliance with client-specific policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations. Maintain accurate documentation and track compliance metrics, identifying gaps and areas for improvement. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, suppliers, and internal teams regarding onboarding and compliance matters. Collaborate with MSP program managers and client stakeholders to address compliance issues and improve onboarding efficiencies. Utilize vendor management systems (VMS) to track onboarding progress, report compliance status, and manage documentation. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting contingent workforce compliance. Assist in audits and reporting by providing necessary documentation and insights. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding and compliance processes
