This role is designed to drive growth and engagement within an existing base of managed service provider (MSP) customers. You will lead marketing programs that enhance product adoption, support upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and strengthen customer relationships. The position combines strategy and hands-on execution, including lifecycle campaigns, enablement content, webinars, and value-driven initiatives. You will work closely with Customer Success, Account Management, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to align programs with customer needs and business objectives. This role is highly collaborative, data-driven, and ideal for a marketer who thrives on driving measurable impact and optimizing campaigns to maximize engagement and retention.
