Project – the aim you’ll have You will join an international project focused on building a new ServiceNow platform from scratch and redefining IT service management processes across the organization. This is not a standard configuration role. You will shape the target architecture, design processes end-to-end, and ensure alignment between business needs and the ServiceNow platform capabilities. Position – how you’ll contribute Design the target ServiceNow architecture with a strong focus on ITSM Lead the definition and redesign of IT processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, etc.) Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams Ensure alignment with best practices and ServiceNow standards Support implementation teams during delivery and validate solution quality Contribute to governance, roadmap, and long-term platform evolution
