About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced MS/Telemetry Float Registered Nurse (RN) for a 14-week travel assignment. The RN will float between multiple Medical-Surgical, Progressive Care (PCU), and Acute Inpatient Rehab units, providing high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Requirements

• Active New York State RN License (Required)
• BLS & ACLS Certifications (Required)
• Minimum of 1 prior successful travel assignment (First-time travelers will not be considered)
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• PCU experience strongly preferred
• Meditech experience required
• Must reside outside a 100-mile radius
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and clinical practice
• Ability to provide high-quality, compassionate patient care
• Skilled in patient assessment (clinical, educational, mental, and spiritual needs)
• Capable of recognizing and addressing safety concerns
• Proficient in safe patient handling and mobility techniques
• Strong leadership skills; ability to prioritize and delegate effectively
• May be required to serve as Charge Nurse
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform effectively in high-stress environments
