About The Position

Seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Float Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care across multiple units as needed. The RN will care for adult patients requiring general medical and surgical treatment along with continuous cardiac monitoring. This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult Med-Surg and Telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to rhythm changes and patient condition
• Administer medications and IV therapies in accordance with provider orders and facility protocols
• Perform wound care, pain management, and other therapeutic interventions
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Operate and interpret telemetry and patient monitoring equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Float to multiple units as required based on patient care needs
