About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Occupational Therapist (OT) for a float assignment. In this role, the Occupational Therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic services across assigned locations, supporting patients/students in enhancing functional abilities, independence, and overall quality of life.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying work environments

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living, motor, sensory, and cognitive skills
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and treatment records
• Modify therapy plans based on patient progress and changing needs
• Provide coverage and support across multiple sites as part of a float assignment
