About The Position

This is a 100% Remote contract position that can be based anywhere in the United States. We cannot sponsor Visa or work on Corp to Corp. We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM Solutions Architect to partner with our teamon a high-profile bid with a major client undergoing a large-scale business transformation. This individual will serve as the M365 Technical expert in pre-sales and solution design discussions, helping architect an integrated Dynamics-based enterprise solution that aligns with complex business and supply chain requirements. This role will evolve from pre-sales and architecture design into hands-on implementation, team building, and solution delivery once the project moves forward.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ERP systems design, architecture, and delivery with a strong background in supply chain operations.
• Proven track record delivering multiple Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations (Dynamics F&O, AX, or equivalent).
• Strong background in systems integration, APIs, and technical architecture design.
• Ability to operate effectively in both pre-sales and implementation environments.
• Experience leading technical discussions with enterprise clients and collaborating across functional and technical teams.
• Proficiency in solution development, configuration, and customization within the Dynamics ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the ERP functional expert to design and position a compelling Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM solution for a large enterprise client.
• Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders to define architecture, integration strategy, and solution roadmap.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs across ERP, CRM, and supply chain domains.
• Develop proof-of-concept demos and contribute to proposal writing, estimates, and pre-sales support.
• Define system integration approaches and interoperability between Dynamics and other enterprise platforms.
• Support team formation and provide technical oversight during initial implementation phase.
