About The Position

Some of our key near-shore BPO services include: smart-sourcing, dedicated or cluster teams, managed IT services, software outsourcing, and top ERP & CRM solutions—driven by our practices across many industries, including Higher Education. We are currently looking for a MS Dynamics Project Manager, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end ERP/CRM projects.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or both).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or traditional project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).
  • Ability to manage risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.
  • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required
  • Must have experience working for US customers.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (CE, F&O, or both), ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
  • Facilitate key meetings such as sprint planning, status updates, steering committees, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, KPIs, and deliverables, providing regular reporting to leadership.
  • Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning.
  • Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support change management, user adoption, and post-go-live activities.
