The ideal candidate should have strong technical depth, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and proven experience in designing, customizing, integrating, and administering enterprise‑scale CRM solutions.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant
  • 8–10+ years of hands‑on expertise across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM (online & on‑premises).
  • strong technical depth
  • excellent problem‑solving abilities
  • proven experience in designing, customizing, integrating, and administering enterprise‑scale CRM solutions.
  • Experience or knowledge of Power Apps Portals.
  • Hands‑on experience with Unified Service Desk (USD)

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement security models, entity architecture, and Out‑of‑the‑box (OOB) configurations.
  • Develop and customize components including: Workflow, Business Rules, Plugins, JavaScript, Form Customizations and Console Jobs.
  • Perform complete CRM administration including environment management and solution deployment.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with external systems using: KingswaySoft, APIs / REST / OData and SSIS Packages.
  • Implementation of Azure Integration Services, including: Azure Functions and Service Bus.
  • Experience with PCF Controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate for upstream/downstream integrations.
  • Expertise in setting up and managing DevOps pipelines for Dynamics 365 CRM in cloud environments.
  • Use of standard DevOps tools for automated builds, deployments, and ALM processes.
  • Understand, clarify, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in analysis, coding, testing, and quality assurance activities.
  • Ability to work independently, propose solutions, and evaluate alternative approaches.
  • Migration of Dynamics 365 and USD configurations across environments.
