The ideal candidate should have strong technical depth, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and proven experience in designing, customizing, integrating, and administering enterprise‑scale CRM solutions.
Requirements
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant
- 8–10+ years of hands‑on expertise across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM (online & on‑premises).
- strong technical depth
- excellent problem‑solving abilities
- proven experience in designing, customizing, integrating, and administering enterprise‑scale CRM solutions.
- Experience or knowledge of Power Apps Portals.
- Hands‑on experience with Unified Service Desk (USD)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement security models, entity architecture, and Out‑of‑the‑box (OOB) configurations.
- Develop and customize components including: Workflow, Business Rules, Plugins, JavaScript, Form Customizations and Console Jobs.
- Perform complete CRM administration including environment management and solution deployment.
- Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with external systems using: KingswaySoft, APIs / REST / OData and SSIS Packages.
- Implementation of Azure Integration Services, including: Azure Functions and Service Bus.
- Experience with PCF Controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate for upstream/downstream integrations.
- Expertise in setting up and managing DevOps pipelines for Dynamics 365 CRM in cloud environments.
- Use of standard DevOps tools for automated builds, deployments, and ALM processes.
- Understand, clarify, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in analysis, coding, testing, and quality assurance activities.
- Ability to work independently, propose solutions, and evaluate alternative approaches.
- Migration of Dynamics 365 and USD configurations across environments.
