About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated MS Dynamics Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CRM customization, integration, and development using modern technologies and frameworks. This role requires a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, security, and automation tools to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions. In this role, you will Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain custom components using JavaScript, HTML, C#, Plugins, and Workflows. Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems and services using APIs and middleware. Implement and manage Dynamics 365 security roles, teams, and access controls. Design and automate business processes using Power Automate (Flows). Work with Customer Service Workspace to enhance service delivery and case management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, testers, and project managers. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM functionality and performance. Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes. What you'll need to succeed (required skills) Proven experience in CRM Configuration and Customization. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, C#, Plugins, and related technologies. Experience with Integration of Dynamics CRM with other platforms. Solid understanding of MSD Security and role-based access control. Hands-on experience with Power Automate / Flows. Familiarity with Customer Service Workspace in Dynamics 365. Preferred skills: what will help you stand out Experience with Mailbox Synchronization / Email to Case setup. Exposure to Azure Services and cloud-based integrations. Knowledge of Omnichannel capabilities and Case Creation via Omnichannel. Experience building Custom Pages, PCF Controls, and Canvas Apps. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
