We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator & Developer to join our growing team! The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with the Customer Service module, user management, and permission controls, along with strong problem-solving and project management skills. You have excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a variety of people to understand business needs and provide training on new features and problem-solving techniques. A key focus of this role is leveraging Power Platform tools, particularly Power Automate, Power Pages and Power Apps, to build new automations, enhance existing processes, and support business needs. You’ll maintain and optimize the CRM system, develop and troubleshoot flows, resolve tickets, create custom apps where needed, and drive continuous improvements.
