We are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Implementation Architect to lead the architecture, planning, and execution of a migration from an on-premises Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service environment to Dynamics 365 Customer Service in the cloud. This role will serve as the technical and functional authority across the CRM ecosystem, ensuring alignment with B2B customer service best practices, enterprise architecture standards, and long-term scalability objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Dynamics CRM (on-prem and cloud), proven success delivering complex migrations, and strong knowledge of Sales and Marketing modules. Experience with enterprise data governance and Dynamics ERP platforms is highly desirable.
