What You Will Do: Key material requests into SAP Accurately pick material from storage machines with specific SAP locations and batches Deliver material to the proper locations across the manufacturing floor Be responsible for proper storage of material and filing of documentation Conduct inventory audits as required Handle urgent need requests from internal and external customers Report, update, transact and provide information that facilitates the general repair process Handle any additional tasks as requested Weekend (Saturday) commitment is occasionally required to meet customer needs

Requirements

  • Typically requires a HS Diploma or GED.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62​

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with SAP
  • Proficiency with computer-based software, specifically Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
  • Above average keyboard skills
  • Capable of maintaining short lead times and handling special requests.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask while remaining flexible to changing requirements and deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work and interact with various levels within the organization

Responsibilities

  • Key material requests into SAP
