As a scale-up business, you can expect your role to develop over time. Here are some of the types of things you could be getting involved in: Clinical Precision: Executing high-quality MRI scans with a focus on diagnostic excellence and patient comfort. Patient Care: Provide compassionate, patient-centered care by explaining MRI procedures, addressing concerns, and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout imaging exams. System Management: Taking full "ownership" of our Siemens Espree systems, ensuring the system performs at peak levels. Quality Assurance: Managing documentation of daily QC/QA procedures required for safety and accreditation. Patient Advocacy: Leading patient screening and safety protocols to ensure a seamless, anxiety-free experience for every visitor. Technical Troubleshooting: Acting as the first line of defense for the unit by identifying equipment issues and collaborating with Field Service Engineers. Workflow Optimization: Utilizing Acuity Scheduling and Google Workspace to manage patient flow and maintain digital records.
