Requirements

Associates Degree in Radiologic Sciences or equivalent
Training in Radiology, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and/or Cross Sectional Anatomy
ARRT, ARDMS or equivalent registered or eligible
Full State of New Mexico licensure required within one year of hire. Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science Degree
Formal MRI Education
Three (3) years experience in a hospital environment

Responsibilities

Responsible for performing MRI cross sectional imaging and other related procedures as directed by a licensed physician.
Operates and monitors MRI equipment.
May assist in other areas as requested.
Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
