About The Position

BJC HealthCare System is hiring a Full-Time MRI Radiologist Technologist (Imaging) for Northwest Healthcare (Florissant, MO) – Outpatient
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible candidates!!!
Position Details:
Day Shift: 4 days per week!!! Tues / Wed / Thurs / Fri (7:45am – 5:15pm)
Registered Technologist RT(MR)(ARRT) or AMRIT
2 years MRI experience (preferred)
Position is at Northwest Healthcare (outpatient center in Florissant) & will be trained and work at Christian Hospital as needed
Experience working on Siemens Sola (plus)

Northwest HealthCare, six miles west of Christian, offers 24- hour emergency care, the Sleep Disorders Center and a variety of outpatient diagnostic and imaging services.
Role Purpose
Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in related field
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R), MR
• IEMA - Illinois only, excl MRI
• RTR,CT,MR,M,BD,CI,VI,RCIS,RCES

Nice To Haves

• 2 years MRI experience (preferred)
• Experience working on Siemens Sola (plus)
• <2 years
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
• Intravenous Therapy

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and equipment for procedures.
• Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other site as required by work area.
