Job Summary: To assist in the overall field service operations and support of clinical imaging equipment and ancillary devices. Job Description: What you will do Oversee all facets of MRI coil repair and loaner needs, including acquiring repair estimates and coordinating shipments. Manage cryogen monitoring and schedule liquid helium fills for internal and external customers to ensure safe use of equipment. Organize and maintain repair parts inventory including ordering and exchange return of parts used to repair clinical imaging and related support equipment. Assist in maintaining organization and distribution of PM records and documentation as needed for all machines. Utilizes current training to support field service team as needed, such as MRI coil QA and contrast injector PM and service. Participate in assisting field service team on service calls where available to expand knowledge of MRI service methods What you will need: Associates Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering Technology, related field, or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal technical communications skills Sufficient knowledge of reading and understanding technical service procedures documentation, including block diagrams and functional description of subsystems Basic understanding of electronics Proficient in windows PC operating and repair systems Must have valid driver’s license This position requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects, weighing 21-50 pounds occasionally, and/or 11-20 pounds frequently.
