About The Position

NOW HIRING A MOWING & TRIMMING CREW LEADER – FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY! STARTING PAY OF $17.00 – $20.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE! Leapfrog Landcare is hiring a Mowing & Trimming Crew Leader to take charge of daily operations for lawn care service routes. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll guide a crew, ensure high-quality work, and help deliver top-tier service to our residential and commercial customers. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience with professional mowing equipment and small engine tools
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
Reliable, punctual, and able to lead a crew independently

Responsibilities

Safely operate and drive company vehicles to and from job sites
Supervise and direct daily activities of mowing and trimming crew members
Perform and oversee lawn care services, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and meet quality standards after each visit
Assist with mulching, pruning, and general landscape clean-up as needed
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order
Follow daily route and schedule efficiently
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
