About The Position

The Mow Foreman is responsible for overseeing and executing lawn maintenance operations, ensuring high-quality service, efficient crew performance, and adherence to safety standards. This role involves leading a mowing crew, operating equipment, and maintaining customer properties to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in landscaping or lawn maintenance; previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of mowing techniques, turf care, and equipment operation.
• Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, time management, and communication.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver's license required
