About The Position
The Mow Foreman is responsible for overseeing and executing lawn maintenance operations, ensuring high-quality service, efficient crew performance, and adherence to safety standards. This role involves leading a mowing crew, operating equipment, and maintaining customer properties to the highest standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years in landscaping or lawn maintenance
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of mowing techniques, turf care, and equipment operation
- Leadership, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license required
