About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is growing and looking for positive, physically fit people to join us. We’re the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, known for our professional, friendly team members and clean, shiny blue trucks. Field Team Members – Customer Service / General Labor / Driver Hiring Immediately for Full-Time (Sundays and Thursdays off each week) Shifts are typically 8-10hrs Earn: $19.36 - $26.49/hr. (all-in with a base pay of $17.00, daily tips, and potential bonuses paid on every paycheck) You'll be joining a great team at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? where you can grow your skills, earn great pay, stay in shape, and feel good about the work you do. Each shift starts at our conveniently located office, where you’ll be matched up with your field team and given your service routes for the day You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities

Requirements

Sales Hunter: Passionate about identifying sales opportunities with every customer interaction
Energetic and physically ready to handle the demands of both residential and corporate offices
Dependable and reliable to your Full-Time schedule
Clear Communicator - Skilled at explaining our services and value to every customer
Local Brand Ambassador: Represent our brand well
21+ years of age (required for insurance purposes)
Valid standard driver’s license & good driving record (past 3 years)
A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
Physically able to lift 75lbs+ repeatedly
Willingness to participate in a background check if considered for employment
