Position: Junk Removal and Customer Experience Specialist Location: Minneapolis, MN Pay Range: average $28.40/hr total compensation Objective: As a Driver Laborer, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving our sales efforts. Requirements

Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
Driver’s License: Valid standard driver’s license required.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. repeatedly.
Weekend shifts required Saturday or Sunday

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Service: WOW our customers with your positive attitude and outstanding service.
Drive and Load Trucks Safely: Work with your team members to ensure efficient and safe truck operations.
Handle Junk Removal: Perform both heavy and light lifting to clear junk from residential and commercial locations.
Sales Advocacy: Represent our brand professionally and provide accurate estimates to customers. Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
Commit to Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance in uniform.
