About The Position

The Junkluggers is an eco-friendly alternative to furniture and junk removal, helping homes and businesses across the Denver Metro area declutter and make space. We strive to deliver the most friendly, professional service to our community, while specializing in landfill diversion through repurposing, donating and recycling everything we can. We are looking for motivated, people-oriented teammates that love to work with their hands and look at every day as a new adventure. We give back to our community with exceptional customer experience and by committing to not throwing away things that still have life. Starting base is $20/hour + tips. Our average employee makes $25-30/hour. The amount of waste that ends up in landfills on a daily basis is astronomical. We believe that a lot of this is avoidable, and with just a little attention to detail — and a lot of love for our planet, we can help reverse this growing problem. Requirements

A positive mind-set, strong work-ethic and strong communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable Transportation and Punctuality
Able to lift 50-100 lbs
Proficient with mobile apps and operating systems
A desire to help our community with a meaningful service
Weekend availability

Responsibilities

Lift, remove, load and unload with patience and care. Drive safely and professionally. Look out for the well-being of yourself and your teammates.
Hone your sales skills through continuous training. Ask for help and feedback. Help new teammates become great.
Perform removal service with great form & communication. Care for our customers’ homes and ensure reusable items see future life.
Help build our brand with marketing and getting content to share with the community. Represent The Junkluggers with integrity. Be there for your team.
