A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MOVE-IN COORDINATOR As a Move-In Coordinator, you play an essential role in building relationships for our company with potential customers and clients to help increase sales revenue. Reporting to the area Director of Sales, you complete designated processes and perform activities that will increase occupancy in our assisted living facility. You use the internet to search for networking opportunities. Whether reaching out to potential clients or current residents, you make an effort to exceed our hospitality and service standards. Helping seniors in the community find housing solutions makes you feel good!

Requirements

  • Proficiency with computers and software including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Are you a self-starter who can perform your tasks efficiently and accurately?
  • Do you have strong writing and verbal communication skills?
  • Can you work well as part of a team?

Nice To Haves

  • CRM (customer relationship management) experience is preferred but not required.
