About The Position

Big Sky Resort is seeking a dynamic and experienced Children's Program Senior Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality of children's programs, managing and coaching staff, and efficiently scheduling to meet demand. During the off-season, the role will extend to HR responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, and scheduling employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of all Children’s Programs
• Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, and instructors
• Maintain good relationships with other departments at the resort
• Continuously evaluate and improve program offerings based on feedback
• Assist in the recruiting process, including interviewing and hiring new staff
• Manage instructor schedules to help ensure proper staffing levels and efficiency
• Hold staff accountable to their scheduling commitments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Assist in sending applicants from ICIMS to UKG
• Help manage the UKG onboarding process including sending paperwork and ensuring completion
• Assist with I-9 paperwork and checking IDs
• Ensure Schoox compliance for all staff
• Manage staff nametags, locker assignments, and uniform sizing
• Follow-up with staff to ensure completion of all required HR items prior to opening day.
