At Jefferson Center, it is our policy and our mission to be inclusive and mindful of the diversity of everyone who comes through our doors. We are passionate about building a community where mental health matters and equitable care is accessible to all races, ethnicities, abilities, socioeconomic statuses, ages, sexual orientations, gender expressions, religions, cultures, and languages. Adult Intensive Services (AIS) serves clients experiencing Severe and Persistent Mental Illnesses (SPMI) who need a higher level of care than traditional outpatient services may provide. AIS provides responsive, “wrap around” support including individual therapy, case management, psychoeducation, group therapy, and crisis intervention services in virtual, office, and community settings. In addition, AIS provides coordination of care, consultation, and advocacy with internal programs, external agencies, community resources, family members, and other client supports. This is a dynamic and exciting position which requires strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills along with a creative, responsive, and trauma informed approach to care. AIS offers many opportunities for growth and learning as well as a flexible schedule that combines time working from home with time working in the office and in the community. This position is based out of Idaho Springs & Evergreen and serves clients living in rural Jefferson, Clear Creek and Gilpin counties.
