Responsible for the maintenance of our existing trails, the trail crew is responsible for creating and maintaining the best possible riding experience for guests at the park. Trail Crew members must have a passion for mountain biking to ensure that they are able to assess trail quality and how it relates to the experience of the rider. Seasonal full-time and part-time opportunities available. This role is compensated at $20.00/hr.

Requirements

  • High school diploma in process or completed, required
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Must be a Mountain Biker and have the ability to ride all levels of trails in the Bike Park
  • 2 years previous trail building and maintenance experience, preferably in a bike park environment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing mountain bike trails on the mountain while following guidelines and best practices
  • Use of shovels, rakes, and other common power and non-power tools related to trail work
  • Mowing, brush clearing, weed trimming, bridge staging and repair
  • Operate company vehicles/ATVs
  • Work with other departments at the resort to assist with mountain projects whenever its possible without effecting the completion of weekly bike trail maintenance
  • Work with Sinuosity, our Trail Builders, to assist with completion of new mountain bike trails whenever its possible
  • Additional duties as assigned
