Job Description: As a Motorcycle Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department, responsible for creating a welcoming and informative experience for our valued customers. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring their motorcycles are serviced, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motorcycle industry is preferred.
- Passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using computerized service management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings.
Nice To Haves
- Motorcycle endorsement (preferred but not required).
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document motorcycle issues.
- Consult with technicians to assess and diagnose motorcycle problems.
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended services and repair options.
- Generate service estimates and invoices.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers regarding service progress.
- Maintain clear and organized records of customer interactions and service history.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and service technicians.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and service procedures.
- Assist with customer inquiries over the phone and via email.
