About The Position
Martz Bus is accepting applications for Professional Motor Coach Operator: Starting rate of $27.58 per hour with the ability to reach the top rate of $30.43 per hour after three years Paid training, $27.58 per hour for NY City line runs, $220.63 per day minimum; non-operating/standby pay Become part of the team, we drive for the Wilkes-Barre Penguins, Rail Riders, local Colleges and other local sport teams We offer an excellent benefit package including health, dental, vision, 401k, life and disability We offer generous holiday and paid time off benefits If you’re look for great pay, 95% home nightly, travel to exciting places, driving with people not cargo, and meeting fun and exciting people; then Motor Coach Operator is the profession for you. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commercial Driver’s License
- Air Break and Passenger Endorsement
- Department of Transportation Approved Medical Card
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively to passengers
- Ability to follow route instruction and maps/GPS utilities
- Operate cell phone/GPS devise
- Trouble shoot minor mechanical problems
