Investigates assigned complaints regarding violation of PUCO rules & regulations. Utilizes portable laptop & other computer equipment. Makes on-site recommendation to correct violations. Provides assistance where possible. Maintains effective public relations with drivers, company representatives, law enforcement officers & others to ensure compliance with state & federal safety. Assists other inspectors, troopers & local law enforcement. Prepares & delivers presentations &/or training related to highway safety & compliance with state & federal rules.
