Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design focused on brand identity
- Strong portfolio demonstrating intentional motion supporting brand expression
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Strong foundation in visual design fundamentals like typography and composition
- Experience creating motion for digital products and UI
- Ability to develop scalable motion solutions
- Strong communication skills for presenting design rationale
- Collaborative mindset and experience with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve motion principles that express the brand behavior, tone, and personality
- Design scalable motion systems, including guidelines, libraries, and toolkits
- Explore motion as a key form of brand expression across various touchpoints
- Design and produce high-quality 2D and 3D motion studies and animations
- Translate brand strategy into clear, repeatable motion patterns
- Collaborate closely with Visual Designers and Developers
- Develop sketches and storyboards to communicate concepts
- Ensure motion enhances usability and accessibility
- Research and apply new motion techniques and tools
- Contribute to documentation and standards for motion design
