About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled Motion Designer & Video Editor to join our team and support the creation of high-quality corporate video content and 2D motion graphics. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable editing interview footage, crafting social-ready videos, and producing animated product content such as website walkthroughs and explainer videos. You’ll work closely with internal teams to translate ideas and designs into clear, engaging visual stories.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in motion design and video editing
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Experience working with Figma designs and translating static layouts into motion
Solid understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for social media platforms
Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Edit corporate interview footage into short-form and long-form videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Create polished video content including captions, transitions, basic motion graphics, and sound design
Develop 2D motion graphics and animations, including ,website and app walkthroughs based on Figma designs, Product explainer videos for digital products and UI animations, highlights, transitions, and visual callouts
Animate text, icons, and interface elements in line with established brand guidelines
Ensure all video content meets quality standards and platform-specific best practices
Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to understand objectives and deliver effective visual solutions
Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
