In addition to participating in educational activities to maintain competence and gain new knowledge, you will also develop these skills on a daily basis by providing quality care to each patient based on individual needs. Established in 1974, Henrico Doctors Hospital is a 340-bed community hospital offering cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, oncology, physical therapy, womens services and a 24/7 emergency department. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license
Current BLS certification

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers as well as document required information according to hospital policy
Nursing staff is expected to present themselves in a professional manner
As a MBU RN, assessing and fostering patient-infant bonding is a key responsibility
Function in an organized and time conscious manner
Providing quality care to each patient based on individual needs
