What You’ll Do: The Mortgage Support Supervisor leads and supports the Mortgage Support team members, ensuring optimal operation, compliance, and continuous improvement of mortgage technology platforms (including Loan Origination Software [LOS] and ancillary products). This role is responsible for team leadership, strategic oversight, process optimization, compliance alignment, and cross-departmental collaboration to deliver a high-quality member and team experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in mortgage lending
  • 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, evaluate, and grow team members while fostering a positive, high-performance culture; effectively handles performance management and models organizational values.
  • Advanced understanding of mortgage lending principles, LOS platform functionality, regulatory requirements (including RESPA, TRID, Reg Z, and HMDA), investor guidelines, and data integrity standards.
  • Strong capability to analyze processes, workflows, and system issues; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to interpret data, troubleshoot system challenges, evaluate trends, and recommend solutions for optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across departments, present to leadership, interpret policies, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Skilled in managing system releases, implementing process changes, driving continuous improvement, supporting automation initiatives, and balancing multiple priorities in both fast-paced and quiet environments.
