Requirements

• Proven track record of high performance in a busy sales environment.
• High energy, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
• Solid underwriting experience with residential mortgages (3-5 years).
• 5 or more years of financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote various financial solutions by understanding client needs and goals.
• Develop a consumer client base to facilitate the direct sale of lending solutions.
• Ensure efficient delivery of services to clients and direct business flow to the appropriate servicing unit.
• Act as a conduit for feedback to improve existing products and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers and banking specialists to engage advisors in bank solutions.
