Review secondary market files and order the required documentation to process and underwrite the loan file. Ensure the loan application is complete. Requirements
- Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and six or more months related experience and/or training in secondary market real estate lending/banking; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and hard working. Must be able to handle multiple functions simultaneously and function in a high-pressure environment.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Take ownership of assigned duties.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Working in a team environment with problem solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Order documents and verifications to process the secondary market loan file.
- Review the application to ensure the data is complete.
- Assign the RMS and monitor the pipeline.
- Aid co-workers with processing files and work with co-workers to resolve any file issues.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers (both internal and external), and all third-party affiliates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain educational and professional expertise through attendance at job related seminars, conferences, and on-line training.
