What You'll Do: Be the hero for our members by answering their questions, resolving concerns, and making mortgage loan adjustments with a smile. Create unforgettable member experiences by delivering top-quality, efficient, and effective service in every interaction. Communicate like a pro with leaders, peers, team members, vendors, and members. Tackle and resolve issues related to Mortgage and HELOC loan products with finesse. Perform monetary and non-monetary adjustments to members' mortgage and HELOC loans and escrow accounts. Bring your innovative ideas to the table and help us improve our processes. Process mortgage and HELOC payoffs accurately and efficiently. Monitor and record satisfaction of mortgages and HELOCs within the required timeframe of the loan payoff. Handle property damage claims with care, maintaining open lines of communication with members, contractors, insurance providers, and inspectors. What’s needed for this career opportunity: High School Diploma or Equivalent Previous customer service experience Strong knowledge of financial services and basic accounting principles. Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Ability to de-escalate upset members and address their service needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. We’d Love to See: Experience working in a call center environment and/or financial institution Work Schedule: Full-time, working approximately 40 hours per week. Variable hours between 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. This is a fully remote position once trained, with the ability to work on-site/hybrid if you want. Training: Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging. Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial services and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to de-escalate upset members and address their service needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
