What Will You Contribute? This role plays a key part in supporting the development and enhancement of our financial services software products. Reporting into the Product organization, this position collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams—including Business, Product Design, Engineering, and Support—to define product requirements, manage delivery, and ensure successful implementation. The role supports both internal stakeholders and external clients by providing product expertise, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of business analysis or relevant financial services experience

Responsibilities

  • Author business requirements and feature definitions for financial services software products
  • Act as a product subject-matter expert with a strong understanding of features, functionality, and use cases
  • Work with the business team and stakeholders to define scope, costs, and timelines for enhancing existing products or implementing new ones
  • Partner with the product design team to understand product feasibility and technical limitations
  • Manage and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing items based on evolving requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of development
  • Conduct acceptance testing and develop specifications for integrated test cases
  • Develop comprehensive internal and external documentation describing product changes
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to support go‑to-market efforts and improve product sales and revenue
  • Demonstrate new feature functionality or product usage to internal or external stakeholders as needed
  • Provide guidance and direction to less experienced team members in business systems analysis concepts; may design and deliver training plans
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities across Product Management and Software Development Life Cycle processes
  • May act as a project team lead, facilitating meetings, webinars, and focus groups
  • Serve as a liaison with Support, Sales, and other stakeholders to address client escalation questions
  • Perform other duties and project work as assigned
