About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Mortgage Processor to join our team in a fast‑paced, professional office environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting mortgage processing functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

Review and process mortgage documentation in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of borrower information, loan files, and supporting documents.
Communicate with borrowers, internal teams, and third parties to obtain required documentation and clarify file details.
Assist with preparing files for underwriting, ensuring all conditions and documentation are properly gathered.
Monitor loan pipelines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely progression through each stage of the mortgage process.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and investor regulations as well as internal policies.
Resolve discrepancies or missing information by collaborating with the appropriate departments.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
Support loan closing preparation and post‑closing review as needed.
Maintain accurate records and data entry within internal loan systems.
