About The Position

The Consumers Credit Union team is looking to hire a passionate Mortgage Processor to join our team. In this role, you will you will be responsible for coordinating the loan from conditional underwrite through clear-to-close. You will also validate data and documents to deliver a complete file back to underwriting.
What you will do:
Own pipeline communication with members, LOs, title, and realtors to maintain momentum.
Collect/validate VOE/VOI/VOA, credit supplements, title, insurance, clear stipulations quickly.
Order/track third-party reports; maintain milestone accuracy in LOS.
Prepare clean handoff to Closing with zero critical defects.
Coordinate and schedule all mortgage loan closings and obtain all payoffs and required documentation to complete the file. Provide required information to Closing team by established deadline.
Maintain strong, positive partnerships with Sales management, Loan Originators, Underwriters, Closers and Title companies.
Assist in any area as directed by the Mortgage Operations Manager.
