Mortgage Processing Specialist
About The Position
We are looking for a dedicated Mortgage Processing Specialist I to join our Lending Services team. This is an in-office role based out of our Reedsville, PA Innovation Center. In this role, you will support the processing and documentation of all mortgage loans, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in every task. As a Mortgage Processing Specialist I, you will collaborate with lenders, internal teams, investors, settlement agents, and community stakeholders to facilitate mortgage loan processing and documentation. Success in this role requires strong multitasking skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
Requirements
- Prior experience in loan documentation is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with various computer systems.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of service and responsiveness to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with lenders and internal teams to process and document mortgage loans.
- Perform duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures.
- Complete other related tasks as assigned.
