About The Position

Responsible for performing a variety of duties to support and assist in supervising the mortgage operations function; coordinating work within the division, as well as with other divisions; directly supervising the workflow of assigned personnel; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information; assisting the immediate supervisor with administrative tasks to support operations.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in business curriculum
• Associate degree in related field preferred
• specialized consumer/mortgage bank lending education/training
• S.A.F.E. certification required
• Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills
• proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills
• demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
• thorough knowledge of consumer, commercial, and mortgage loan documents
• thorough knowledge of lending policies and procedures
• proficient keyboarding and PC skills
• visual and auditory skills
• A minimum of five (5) years' experience in related positions normally required
