Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist
About The Position
Detail-orientation, accuracy, and a heart for internal customer service are the attributes we are looking for in the next associate to join our Mortgage Loan Servicing Team. As a Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist, you utilize industry experience and knowledge to provide support to lending personnel and all other internal customers, creating and maintaining complete and accurate loan files. A Day in the Life – This role is responsible for onboarding and servicing loans in the Fiserv Premier system while ensuring compliance with agency, investor, and regulatory requirements. The position includes processing payments, escrow disbursements, payoffs, and collateral releases, as well as preparing reports and assisting with audits. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to collaborate with internal teams, investors, and customers to resolve issues and support timely loan purchases.
Requirements
- Ability to: communicate effectively (written and verbally), maintain confidentiality, work with speed and accuracy, grasp technical information quickly, apply solid reasoning, analytical and mathematical skill, and work independently and as a team member.
- Knowledge of automated underwriting and agency guidelines
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
- Knowledge or strong desire to learn facets or core servicing software and loan products and services

- Experience working in Encompass, DecisionPro, AUS, LaserPro, GUS
