What You’ll Be Doing: Maintain and monitor escrow accounts, including annual escrow analysis. Process escrow payments and adjustments to include property taxes, insurance, PMI, RD fees. Delinquent tax tracking, hazard and flood insurance tracking and force place escrow, where necessary Assists with all areas of the construction loan program including communication between title companies, builders and members, record keeping, construction loan setup, construction draw requests, modification to permanent end loan, document preparation and ordering appraisals Performs mortgage loan administration duties including answering incoming member phone calls/ emails, responding to customer inquiries, processing mortgage payments/payoffs, file documents both physical and electronic, mail processing, account changes/ file maintenance and posting mortgage rates Preparing mortgage payoff statements, verification of mortgage, satisfactions and amendments, subordinations, Easements, successor in interest, release of obligor, partial releases, re-amortizations, modifications and recording mortgage documentation Review title policies and research exceptions found on the policies Processes the monthly PMI reconciliation and premium report and handles monthly MI cancellations Complete post-funding review of all mortgage loans: check and reconcile information and documentation to ensure accuracy. Identify and resolve discrepancies in accordance with standard procedures. Escalates issues, where necessary, per guidelines. Collects, processes, and submits all mortgage lending invoices for approval and payment Prepares the investor loan sale submission packages, including data entry Manages documentation to ensure that records are maintained in a proper manner

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in basic computer, data entry and typing skills is required
  • A positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

  • Relevant, related mortgage experience preferred

Responsibilities
