This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Mortgage Loan Servicing by training, analyzing, evaluating, documenting and closing Mortgage requests generated through calls, emails and branches. The incumbent performs various duties to meet the needs of customers and achieve customer service goals. The incumbent complies with established operating policies and procedures, communicates with appropriate personnel, responds to inquiries or requests for information, maintains appropriate records and provides assigned reports. The incumbent is the subject matter expert.
