Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Financial organization skills and financial information understanding

Nice To Haves

One (1) year of experience with real estate loans
Experience with Encompass
Experience with Conventional/FHA/VA/RD loans and/or other secondary market functions

Responsibilities

Request abstracting, appraisals, tax transcripts, and other documents necessary for loan processing.
Obtain VA/FHA case numbers as necessary.
Organize loans for loan processing.
Assist processors and other operations staff as needed.
