Requirements
- At least 1 year of related mortgage experience.
- Knowledge of Conventional and Government loan programs.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a "guest-first" communication style.
- This is an in-office position at our West St. Paul, MN location.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Coordination: Prioritize your workflow to ensure every loan closes on schedule.
- Documentation: Proactively obtain missing documentation from borrowers and Loan Officers to keep files moving.
- Compliance: Ensure all files meet strict state, federal, and internal regulatory standards.
- Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the branch, corporate teams, and third-party vendors (Title, Appraisal, etc.).
- Reporting: Track and record data on new applications, approvals, and cancellations.
