Role Summary We are looking for an experienced loan administrator to join our team at our Snow Road Branch (1616 Snow Rd, Parma, OH 44134). Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
2 years of recent experience managing a pipeline of equity and/or mortgage loans
Outstanding customer service skills
Professional grammar and demeanor
Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Retail bank teller experience preferred

Responsibilities

Take equity line/loan and/or mortgage applications
Carry a pipeline of loans application through closing
Open depository accounts (checkings, savings, certificate of deposit, IRAs)
Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and/or over the phone
Ability to work in all areas of the branch
