Day to day as a Mortgage Lending Administration Intern As a Summer Mortgage Lending Administration Intern at One Community Bank, you will play a vital role in the mortgage lending process. Your essential duties will include assisting with boarding loans to our core system, conducting second audit reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance on boarded loans. You'll also support closers by managing post-closing functions, including file setup and the secure delivery of final documents to our vault. In addition, you'll collaborate with the processing and closing teams to order essential services, such as appraisals, title work, payoffs, and verbal verifications of employment. Requirements

  • Candidates should be currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior coursework in financial accounting, credit analysis, or banking is preferred, providing a solid foundation for your role
  • A keen interest in a future career in banking, credit analysis, or mortgage lending will drive your success and growth within the organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills are essential for navigating the intricacies of loan processing and auditing
